Bonus points and faster for upper levels

A bonus counter has been added.  This increases for each match which does not have a previous not match move.

The time the flipped cards are displayed decreases for upper levels.  So you have less time to view the pictures before they flip back to face down.

Currently there are four card sets. Each set has a different challenge.
